Jane Kenny Named to Gov.-Elect Christie Transition Subcommittee

Whitman Strategy Group Managing Partner Jane M. Kenny has been named to New Jersey Gov.-elect Chris Christie’s Transition Team subcommittee for the Office of the Governor.

Jane Kenny’s extensive experience in state government includes serving as chief of policy and planning within the Office of the Governor under Christine Todd Whitman. She also served in Gov. Whitman’s cabinet as commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.

As a member of the Office of the Governor Subcommittee, Kenny will work with Gov.-elect Christie to establish his office and carry out an orderly transition.

Gov.-elect Christie is scheduled to take the oath of office as New Jersey’s 55th governor on January 19.
